Here is what my double page spread is looking like so far i still have alot of improments to make but this is just showing you what i've done so far.

Page Numbers

Here i have created a logo which will contain the number of the page using the roman numerals.
This particular logo is for the page 44.

Contents Page Research

The image that is used for this contents page reflects on the R’n'B vibe of this magazine, with an image of a male wearing a backwards flat cap, shirtless with tattoos on show, gold teeth and jewelry. The title is presented in 3 lines, with part of the letters slightly covered by the image. The magazine logo is printed on the top right corner, with a ‘V’ over the top of the page with low opacity against the red background. both font that have been used are simple and the information regarding the magazine is layed out in one column on the left side of the contents page.  the colour of the writing is written in white so it can be seen against the red background. The image is under the writing which could make it more difficult to read, I personally think text wrap looks best as it engages the image with the text more, and brings both features together.
